These terms cover the use of upsetresearch.com. They are short. The site describes what Upset Research does and provides one form for getting in touch.

upsetresearch.com is published by Upset Research to describe its services. Reading it, and using the contact form on it, are the only things it is for. There is no account to open, nothing to buy on the site, and no payment taken through it.
Everything written here is general information about research services. It is not political, legal, financial or compliance advice, and it should not be relied on as a prediction about any election or any race.
Any illustrative deliverable shown on this site, including anything on the Our Work page, was produced to demonstrate a format. It is labeled as illustrative and the numbers in it are placeholders.
Sending the contact form is a request for a scope and a price. It does not create a contract for services, it does not reserve capacity, and it does not oblige either side to anything. Upset Research may decline a request, including when the work would be wrong for the race. Work begins only under a separate written agreement that both sides sign, and that agreement, not this page, governs any engagement.
A price becomes binding when it appears in a written scope that both sides agree to.
This site is provided as it is. Upset Research does not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that every page is current. Pages are edited as the firm changes what it does. To the extent the law allows, Upset Research is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on information published on it.
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the server behind it, and do not submit the contact form automatically or in bulk. The text, layout, code and images on this site belong to Upset Research. Quote a page with a link back to it. Do not republish a page wholesale as your own.
Where this site links to another site, that site is not controlled by Upset Research and these terms do not cover it.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last were. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@upsetresearch.com, which is read by a person.
No governing law or venue is named here. If a written engagement agreement is signed, that document sets those terms.
